We all know that purchasing property could be a very emotional, exciting and an anxiety provoking process. These were the feeling that I was having when I was going through the process of looking for a resale property for the first time. I admit, I was nervous. Then I met Jeffrey Vella.
Jeffrey is a focused, committed and professional person. You will see this as soon as you meet him. He made a number of appointments for me to see a large selection of properties. He was very good at checking in with me about how I was feeling and what I was thinking about the various properties we saw. Jeffrey was able to narrow down what I was looking for and then we found the property I was seeking. Of course, my emotional and exciting venture needed familiar supports. So I brought my family and friends to see the property.
My friends were very impressed with how humble and professional was. I confirmed that I was in very good hands when my mother said 'I felt at ease with Jeffrey and I really trust him'.
After my offer was accepted, Jeffrey continued to be supportive. He very carefully explained the next steps and was clear about what I needed to do next. I felt a sense of comfort every step of the way.
Although Jeffrey is a very focused professional, he also has a phenomenal sense of humor. Through this process, we had the best laughs.

I was in the market ( again ) for the purchase of a new home - I went on the websites/newspapers etc - did some inquiries with agents & happened to stumble upon Mr Jeff Vella who invited me to his office. OK - Lets see what this guy is about. He very nonchalantly went about his business and a bit of himself. I explained to him what I was looking for - he quitely did his research but kept me in the loop with all the potential properties & made visits by appointments.
He's the guy who knows when to get aggressive as the market listings were limited to what we were looking for, we reviewed all the available listings - I ended up purchasing a property coming out on top of 4 presented offers. Sale / Closing went as smooth as can be with Jeff keeping me up to date every step of the way. All issues were dealt with on the property - What makes Jeff outstanding is his after sales service - its been 1.5 months & Jeff was @ my new residence inquiring as to my liking with my new home & surroundings.
Its great to know the transaction has been completed & that's not the end of the relationship - Thank You Jeff - I certainly will recomend you to my Family & Friends & keep doing what you do best!! |

Jeff made selling our house easy and smooth. He was on top of our offers, paperwork that had to be filled out, showings, and our open houses.
